As with any service, we expect you'd have this question. In order to prove ourselvess, we've added multiple of our reviews, case studies, and information about our services on the website.

While we receive this request on almost a daily basis, we can not honor expedited processing for any candidates at this time. 

As we currently do not have an automated system to allow for expedited queueing, it would not be fair for us to give certain individuals an expedited review just because they asked. We hope you understand!

Like all things nice, we do not guarantee or promise we can get you a FAANG job. We do however know that our mentors can help you build a resume that will have a higher probability of getting into FAANG+ companies thanks to our knowledge of what hiring managers and recruiters look for, and how Applicant Tracking Software works!

We only work with the top 1% of the industry, and hence our mentor selection is very rigorous. In addition, we work with a small network of FAANG+ professionals who work extra hours to help you with a top-tier resume review, and thus, our bandwidth is limited.

Typically our reviews take 10 business days, and our writing services take 15 business days per round.

This ensures ample time for our mentors to go through your profile, digest the information, and provide their top-notch feedback within their busy schedules and availability.

Due to the high volume of candidates and queries we receive, our typical response to a query may take anywhere from 48 - 96 hours.

However, In our higher priced services we offer Premium Support where we ensure your queries are responded to within 24 hours of receiving the query.

Generally, for our Premium Support customers we also take extra care to ensure your satisfaction by taking a closer look at your feedback and communicating it appropriately to our mentors.

We require at least one week advance notice to schedule your mentorship sessions with the mentor(s)

We understand that sometimes last minute hiccups happen and it may not always be possible to attend a session as scheduled. If you know in advance that you would not be able to make the session on the scheduled time, we request you to reschedule the session. 

We allow you the benefit of one no-show per mentorship session purchased. If you are marked as a no-show two times, your session will be forfeited. 

If a mentor does not show up for a session, we will reschedule at the next earliest time and/or match you with a new mentor.
