One of the biggest reason your resume is ignored when applying for jobs is that your resume is not tailored for the job description. This is a careful and nuanced process that involves digging deep into what the job is expecting of you, and what key words, skills, and requirements they seek.
As a part of the Career Elevation package, we offer job specific optimizations. This includes optimizing your resume for multiple job descriptions and making sure that YOU are uniquely showcasing yourself to be well-qualified for the role.

We allow you 5 business days to submit your updated resume for follow-up rounds after each review is provided. If you can not submit the resume during this time, you would be giving up the additional rounds of review. As our policy clearly states, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Hence, please ensure you can submit your updated resume within the specified time period so that we can help you secure your dream job! Note that we have this policy in place to respect our mentors' time commitments so they can plan out their mentorship activities reliably. Additionally, by time-boxing you, we believe it encourages you to work on your resume more diligently and in a serious manner, while also helping our mentors maintain context on your specific case.

All our mentors are anonymous by default and our process is asynchronous via written format. You will get an opportunity to communicate your concerns to the mentor via Google Forms before each round of review. You can use this opportunity to communicate. Once the review process is over, we do not have a mechanism for you to communicate with the mentor as a part of the review service. You may optionally opt for a 1-on-1 mentorship service and talk to the mentor (or a different one) if all things match up - availability, interest, and requirements.
